Clinton Yellowjackets (Clinton, AR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Robinson Senators (Little Rock, AR), 56-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, Clinton upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Bauxite (Bauxite, AR) to play the Miners in a 4A Region 5 bout on Wednesday, December 14. The Miners come into the bout with a record of 6-1.

Next up, the Senators play the Heber Springs Panthers (Heber Springs, AR) in a 4A Region 5 bout, on Saturday, December 10. Robinson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 64-30 league win over Lonoke (Lonoke, AR).
