The Christian Life Eagles (Rockford, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Elgin Academy Hilltoppers (Elgin, IL), 50-48 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Westlake Christian Academy (Grayslake, IL). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Westlake Christian Academy got by Alden-Hebron (Hebron, IL), 43-39, in a league test.
