Coronado Mustangs (Lubbock, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wichita Falls Coyotes (Wichita Falls, TX), 50-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Coronado upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Breckenridge (Breckenridge, TX) to clash with the Buckaroos in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Coyotes clash with the Levelland Lobos (Levelland, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Wichita Falls will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Lobos go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 64-40 non-league win over Olney (Olney, TX).
