Alabama High School Basketball - Talladega County Central crushes Fayetteville

Talladega County Central Fighting Tigers (Talladega, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL), 72-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Talladega County Central upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Fighting Tigers host Vincent (Vincent, AL) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Yellow Jackets go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Vincent lost 56-34 in their recent non-league bout against Childersburg (Childersburg, AL)

Next up, the Wolves play the Comer Tigers (Sylacauga, AL) in a 2A Area 7 bout, on Friday, December 8. Fayetteville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 70-46 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, AL).
