Ohio High School Basketball - Highland trounced by Pleasant

In Thursday's league match, the host Pleasant Spartans basketball team scored a decisive 55-29 triumph over the Highland Fighting Scots.

In their next game, the Spartans meet the River Valley Vikings (Caledonia, OH) in a Mid-Ohio - Red match, on Saturday, December 9. Pleasant will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 87-63 league win over Ontario (Mansfield, OH).

With the defeat, Highland moves to 0-2 on the year. The Fighting scots host Marion Harding (Marion, OH) to meet the Presidents in a Mid-Ohio - Red challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Presidents come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Marion Harding lost 41-29 in their recent league challenge against Shelby (Shelby, OH)
