With the win, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Ospreys host Dayspring Christian Academy (Blacksburg, VA) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Dayspring Christian Academy lost 51-29 in their recent league bout against Faith Christian (Roanoke, VA)

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Jefferson Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Green Waves go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 77-41 non-league win over Giles (Pearisburg, VA).
