The New Creation Christian Academy Crusaders (McDonough, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Johnson Ferry Christian Academy Saints (Marietta, GA), 65-61 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Crusaders (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Cherokee Christian (Woodstock, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Cherokee Christian got by Shiloh Hills Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 60-56, in a non-league test.
The Saints now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Heirway Christian Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Johnson Ferry Christian Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 67-47 non-league loss to Furtah Prep (Acworth, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
