With the victory, Southland upgrades its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Kress (Kress, TX) to play the Kangaroos in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 7. The Kangaroos come into the bout with a record of 0-8. Kress lost 51-49 in their recent non-league bout against Petersburg (Petersburg, TX)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Kress Kangaroos (Kress, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Wellman-Union will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Kangaroos come into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 55-43 non-league win over Southland (Southland, TX).
