The Two Rivers Gators basketball team (Ola, AR), was overwhelmed 77-47 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Western Yell County Wolverines (Havana, AR)

The Wolverines now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westside for a 2A Region 4 battle on Friday, December 8. Western Yell County will confront a Rebels team coming off a 54-37 non-league win over St. Paul (St. Paul, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 6-5.

The Gators (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Charleston (Charleston, AR). The Tigers come into the 3A Region 4 battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Charleston was overwhelmed by Lavaca (Lavaca, AR), 58-42, in a non-league battle.
