The Rosebud-Lott Cougars basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Bartlett Bulldogs to 27 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Travis for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Rosebud-Lott will battle a Rebels team coming off a 53-7 non-league loss to Valley Mills (Valley Mills, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 1-7.

The Bulldogs (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Mills (Valley Mills, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Valley Mills ran past Travis (Austin, TX), 53-7, in a non-league contest.
