The Horseshoe Bend Generals basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the host Beulah Bobcats to 45 in the Generals non-league victory on Thursday.

The Generals now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wadley for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Horseshoe Bend will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-29 non-league loss to Ranburne (Ranburne, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

The Bobcats (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Verbena (Verbena, AL). The Red Devils come into the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Verbena was routed by Isabella (Maplesville, AL), 65-9, in a non-league contest.
