Chapmanville Regional Tigers (Chapmanville, WV) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Logan Wildcats (Logan, WV), 57-50 in a league bout.
With the victory, Chapmanville Regional upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Wayne (Wayne, WV) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Wayne won 64-44 in their recent non-league bout against Cameron (Cameron, WV)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Lincoln County Panthers (Hamlin, WV) in a Freelance bout, on Monday, December 11. Logan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 78-14 non-league loss to Hurricane (Hurricane, WV).
