Ohio High School Basketball - Newcomerstown knocked off by Edison

The Edison Wildcats basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Newcomerstown Trojans to 43 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madonna for a Mason-Dixon contest on Monday, December 11.
The Trojans (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Strasburg-Franklin (Strasburg, OH). The Tigers enter the Inter-Valley contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Strasburg-Franklin ran past Tuscarawas Central Catholic (New Philadelphia, OH), 59-9, in a league contest.
