The Hancock County Hornets basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Trinity Raiders to 31 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Hornets now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frederick Fraize for a District 11 contest on Monday, December 11. Hancock County will meet a Aces team coming off a 44-36 non-league win over Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Aces record now stands at 2-2.

The Raiders (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Henry County (New Castle, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record.
