The Springfield Cougars basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Harriton Rams to 32 in the Cougars league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Ryan for a non-league contest on Sunday, December 17. Springfield will battle a Raiders and Ragdolls team coming off a 59-37 non-league loss to Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD). The Raiders and Ragdolls record now stands at 0-4.

The Rams (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Freire Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Dragon enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Freire Charter overcame Carver High School of Engineering & Science (Philadelphia, PA), 47-21, in a league match.
