With the victory, Platteview upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Malcolm (Malcolm, NE) to play the Clippers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Clippers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Malcolm won 66-53 in their recent non-league challenge against North Bend Central (North Bend, NE)

Next up, the Monarchs play the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 11. Mercy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 56-17 non-league win over Ralston (Ralston, NE).
