Utah High School Basketball - North Sanpete nips Millard

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Sanpete Hawks (Mt. Pleasant, UT) and the host Millard Eagles (Fillmore, UT), saw North Sanpete's basketball squad hold off Millard by a count of 43-41.

With the victory, North Sanpete upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to North Sevier (Salina, UT) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. North Sevier won 45-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Milford (Milford, UT)

Next up, the Eagles play the Parowan Rams (Parowan, UT) in a 2A Region 18 challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Millard will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 41-31 non-league win over Altamont (Altamont, UT).
