The Valley City Hi-Liners basketball team (Valley City, ND), was nudged 60-58 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND)

The Jaguars now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lisbon for a A Region 1 battle on Monday, December 11. Northern Cass will battle a Broncos team coming off a 48-41 league loss to Central Cass (Casselton, ND). The Broncos record now stands at 2-2.

The Hi-Liners (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND). The Huskies come into the A Region 1 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Wahpeton was nudged by Milbank (Milbank, SD), 61-56, in a non-league battle.
