The Poquoson Islanders basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host York Falcons to 39 in the Islanders league victory on Thursday.

The Islanders now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithfield for a Bay Rivers contest on Tuesday, December 12. Poquoson will battle a Packers team coming off a 61-25 league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Packers record now stands at 1-3.

The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Rams come into the Bay Rivers contest with a 1-2 record.
