In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Alleghany Trojans basketball team scored a tight 18-12 triumph over the Grayson County Blue Devils.
In their next game, the Trojans face the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 15. Alleghany will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
With the defeat, Grayson County moves to 2-2 on the year. The Blue devils host Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA) to face the Bears in a non-league match on Monday, December 11. The Bears enter the match with a record of 0-0.
