The Westwood Redhawks basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Spring Valley Vikings to 39 in the Redhawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Redhawks now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chapin for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Westwood will meet a Eagles team coming off a 40-34 non-league win over Lexington (Lexington, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ridge View (Columbia, SC). The Blazers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
