The Aquinas Blugolds basketball team scored 83 points and limited the visiting Bangor Cardinals to 51 in the Blugolds non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blugolds now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Sparta for a Mississippi Valley game on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, Bangor falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Necedah (Necedah, WI) to confront the Cardinals in a Scenic Bluffs game on Tuesday, December 10. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 0-1. Necedah lost 61-19 in their recent non-league game against Nekoosa (Nekoosa, WI)
