The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) and the host East Carter Raiders (Grayson, KY), observed Bath County's basketball team edge East Carter by a score of 68-65.

The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Wildcats come into the District 61 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Menifee County was tipped by Morgan County (West Liberty, KY), 76-51, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Fairview Eagles (Ashland, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 9. East Carter will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 60-48 non-league loss to Greenup County (Greenup, KY).
