Georgia High School Basketball - Brooks County can't get by Cook

The Brooks County Trojans basketball squad (Quitman, GA), was nudged 60-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Cook Hornets (Adel, GA)

With the victory, Cook advances its record to 2-4 on the year. The Hornets host Turner County (Ashburn, GA) to meet the Titans in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Titans go into the game with a record of 2-2. Turner County won 82-44 in their recent non-league game against Twiggs County (Jeffersonville, GA)

With the loss, Brooks County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Berrien (Nashville, GA) to confront the Rebels in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Rebels go into the game with a record of 3-3. Berrien lost 69-55 in their recent non-league game against Appling County (Baxley, GA)
