Northern Potter Panthers (Ulysses, PA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Cowanesque Valley Indians (Westfield, PA), 56-46 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Northern Potter advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA) to face the Terrors in a North Tier match on Tuesday, December 10. The Terrors enter the match with a record of 2-0. Otto-Eldred won 71-31 in their recent non-league match against Eisenhower (Russell, PA)

The Indians now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Athens for a Northern Tier match on Monday, December 16. Cowanesque Valley will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 54-40 non-league loss to Johnson City (Johnson City, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
