Georgia High School Basketball - St. Mary's Academy overwhelms Flint River Academy

The St. Mary's Academy Bobcats basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Flint River Academy Wildcats to 28 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bobcats now have a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Atlanta Jewish Academy for a GIAA A Region 1 game on Tuesday, December 10. St. Mary's Academy will confront a Jaguar team coming off a 58-56 league loss to Holy Spirit Prep (Atlanta, GA). The Jaguar record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Flint River Academy falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lafayette Christian (LaGrange, GA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 0-4. Lafayette Christian lost 80-13 in their recent league game against Konos Academy (Fayetteville, GA)
