Texas High School Basketball - Granger falls to Live Oak Classical

The Granger Lions basketball squad (Granger, TX), was outscored 54-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Live Oak Classical Falcons (Waco, TX)

With the victory, Live Oak Classical advances its record to 8-5 on the year. The Falcons host Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Friday, December 13. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 1-6.

The Lions now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holland for a 2A Region IV District 27 battle on Tuesday, December 10. Granger will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 48-18 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 1-7.
