The Machias Bulldogs basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Jonesport-Beals Royals to 31 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the loss, Jonesport-Beals falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Royals host Sumner (East Sullivan, ME) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-1. Sumner lost 50-41 in their recent league game against George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME)
