Texas High School Basketball - Utopia victorious over Sabinal

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Utopia Buffaloes basketball team scored a good 38-27 triumph over the Sabinal Yellowjackets.

The Buffaloes (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rocksprings (Rocksprings, TX). The Angoras go into the 1A Region IV District 31 contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Rocksprings was toppled by Sonora (Sonora, TX), 62-36, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets confront the Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 30 contest, on Friday, December 13. Sabinal will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
