The Chaparral Firebirds soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Pinnacle Pioneers to 1 in the Firebirds non-league victory on Saturday.
The Firebirds now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Saguaro for a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 11. Chaparral will play a Sabercats squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Sabercats record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Pinnacle moves to 2-2 on the year. The Pioneers host Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ) to play the Badgers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 9. The Badgers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
