Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) boosters were satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team defeat the visiting Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Saline (Saline, MI). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Saline got by Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI), 6-3, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Black Hawks battle the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, December 8. Bloomfield Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 10-9 non-league win over Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI).
