The Spring Valley Cardinals basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Boyceville Bulldogs to 51 in the Cardinals league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thorp for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Spring Valley will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 63-54 non-league loss to Whitehall (Whitehall, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-3.
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bloomer (Bloomer, WI). The Blackhawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Bloomer was defeated by Colfax (Colfax, WI), 54-50, in a non-league contest.
