The Tupper Lake Lumberjacks basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Brushton-Moira Panthers to 42 in the Lumberjacks league victory on Thursday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Town of Webb for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Tupper Lake will battle a Eskimos team coming off a 51-36 non-league loss to Harrisville (Harrisville, NY). The Eskimos record now stands at 0-1.
The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against St. Regis Falls (St. Regis Falls, NY). The Saints come into the Section 10 East contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, St. Regis Falls was routed by St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY), 62-36, in a league contest.
