The Dayton Greendevils basketball team scored 87 points and restricted the visiting Covington Latin Trojans to 36 in the Greendevils non-league victory on Thursday.
The Greendevils now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Dayton will battle a Eagles team coming off a 69-57 non-league loss to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Trojans (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against DePaul Cristo Rey (Cincinnati, OH). The come into the Ohio Valley Christian contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, DePaul Cristo Rey triumphed over Immaculate Conception Academy (Norwood, OH), 60-41, in a league contest.
