The Denmark Vikings basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Freedom Irish to 35 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little Chute for a North Eastern contest on Tuesday, December 13. Denmark will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 69-49 league win over Wrightstown (Wrightstown, WI). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.

The Irish (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Waupaca (Waupaca, WI). The Comets come into the North Eastern contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Waupaca prevailed over Marinette (Marinette, WI), 68-56, in a league contest.
