The Naselle Comets basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Firm Foundation Christian Eagles to 44 in the Comets league triumph on Thursday.

The Comets now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mossyrock for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Naselle will battle a Vikings team coming off a 85-23 non-league win over Three Rivers Christian (Longview, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-0.

The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia Adventist Academy (Battle Ground, WA). The Kodiaks enter the 1B Columbia Valley contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Columbia Adventist Academy was routed by Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA), 56-48, in a league contest.
