With the victory, Mayfield improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to South Gibson (Medina, TN) to play the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. South Gibson won 30-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Milan (Milan, TN)

Next up, the Falcons play the Frederick Fraize Aces (Cloverport, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 10. Fort Campbell will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
