North Carolina High School Basketball - Lee Park Prep trounces St. Anne Catholic

The Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC) basketball crushed the visiting St. Anne Catholic Eagles (Rock Hill, SC), 78-23 in Thursday's league test.

The Knights (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Scotland Christian Academy (Laurinburg, NC). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Scotland Christian Academy walloped Abundant Life Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC), 82-26, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson Day for a Metro Area test on Tuesday, January 3. St. Anne Catholic will encounter a Mariners squad coming off a 70-37 non-league loss to Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Mariners record now stands at 5-6.
