In their next game, the Silverstreaks face the St. John's Prep Johnnies (Collegeville, MN) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 9. Osakis will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Johnnies enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 68-51 non-league loss to Kimball (Kimball, MN).

With the defeat, Paynesville moves to 1-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN) to face the Lakers in a AA Section 3 game on Tuesday, December 20. The Lakers enter the game with a record of 0-3.
