The Raymore-Peculiar Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Blue Springs Wildcats to 43 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ruskin for a non-league contest on Monday, December 12. Raymore-Peculiar will battle a Golden Eagles team coming off a 35-29 non-league win over Van Horn (Independence, MO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lee's Summit West (Lee's Summit, MO). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Lee's Summit West was defeated by Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO), 50-31, in a non-league contest.
