In Thursday's non-league outing, the Edgewood Lions (West Covina, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Calvary Chapel Grizzlies (Downey, CA), by a margin of 68-21.

The Lions (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Nogales (La Puente, CA). The Nobles go into the non-league outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Nogales was trounced by Ontario (Ontario, CA), 44-40, in a non-league outing.

The Grizzlies now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Samueli Academy for a Express outing on Thursday, December 15.
