California High School Basketball - Desert Christian topped by Faith Baptist

The Faith Baptist Contenders basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Desert Christian Knights to 31 in the Contenders league victory on Thursday.
The Contenders now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Valley Military Institute for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Faith Baptist will battle a Hawks team coming off a 45-41 non-league win over Monroe (North Hills, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-2.
The Knights (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (Palmdale, CA). The Griffins come into the Heritage contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, The Palmdale Aerospace Academy prevailed over Castaic (Castaic, CA), 40-26, in a non-league contest.
