With the victory, Floodwood improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Polar Bears travel to Cromwell (Cromwell, MN) to play the Cardinals in a A Section 7 challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Mercuries play the Hinckley-Finlayson Jaguars (Hinckley, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. McGregor will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
