The Goodland Cowboys basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Ulysses Tigers to 26 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cowboys now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakin for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Goodland will battle a Broncs team coming off a 37-34 non-league win over Norton (Norton, KS). The Broncs record now stands at 2-0.
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Norton (Norton, KS). The Bluejays enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Norton was routed by Lakin (Lakin, KS), 37-34, in a non-league contest.
