The Jerome Tigers basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Wood River Wolverines to 16 in the Tigers league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimberly for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Jerome will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-49 league loss to Filer (Filer, ID). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
The Wolverines (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Gooding (Gooding, ID). The Senators come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last bout, Gooding was crushed by Kimberly (Kimberly, ID), 60-35, in a league bout.
