Oark Hornets (Oark, AR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mount Judea Eagles (Mount Judea, AR), 72-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Oark upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Hornets travel to Deer (Deer, AR) to clash with the Antlers in a 1A Region 1 East bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Antlers go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Alpena Leopards (Alpena, AR) in a 1A Region 1 East bout, on Wednesday, December 14. Mount Judea will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
