With the win, Newberry Academy upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The host Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Greenwood Christian won 70-16 in their recent non-league bout against Ware Shoals (Ware Shoals, SC)
