The Rogers Royals basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the visiting Spring Lake Park Panthers to 48 in the Royals non-league victory on Thursday.

The Royals now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centennial for a AAAA Section 7 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Rogers will battle a Cougars team coming off a 71-36 league win over Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-3.

The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Robbinsdale Armstrong (Plymouth, MN). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Robbinsdale Armstrong was routed by Centennial (Circle Pines, MN), 71-36, in a league contest.
