Crossroads Christian Academy Crusaders (Blackshear, GA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Brunswick Christian Academy Eagles (Brunswick, GA), 16-5 in a league bout.

With the victory, Crossroads Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Old Plank Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL) to play the Defenders in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Defenders come into the bout with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Eagles play the Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders (Jacksonville, FL) in a bout, on Friday, January 6. Brunswick Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
