Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Addison Panthers (Addison, MI), 86-63 in a league bout.

With the win, Columbia Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Grass Lake won 57-40 in their recent league bout against East Jackson (Jackson, MI)

Next up, the Panthers play the Michigan Center Cardinals (Michigan Center, MI) in a Cascades bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Addison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 51-43 league win over Jonesville (Jonesville, MI).
